Τhe 20-20-20 rule to combat eye strain

Do you know the 20-20-20 rule to combat eye strain (especially in low-light conditions)? Looking at a computer screen for long periods of time i.e. in a business environment with strict policies (see more about corporate moral policies here https://lnkd.in/gJdtGSZ), can cause eye strain.

The 20-20-20 rule says that for every 20 minutes spent looking at a screen, a person should look at something 20 feet (about 6 meters) away for 20 seconds.
