Leadership is seen as a non-coercive form of influence aimed at the production of change and movement. It presents many differences compared to the concept of management, while certain leaders or leadership styles can be more successful than others.
Σε μια κοινωνία ψευδαισθήσεων και δήθεν δόξας φοβάσαι να μιλήσεις στο δίπλα σου γιατί η απόρριψη, η διαφωνία, η συζήτηση μπορεί να πληγώσει κάποιον πιο εύκολα, και αυτό να γίνει δείχνοντας το πρόσωπο σου. Αντίθετα με μια οθόνη μπορείς να κρύψεις τα συναισθήματα σου πίσω από τα pixels, θαμπώνοντας το εγώ σου, με κλάμα ή χαρά δίχως ανταπόκριση. Οι άνθρωποι σήμερα δε μοιράζονται συναισθήματα αλλά αντίθετα μοιράζονται συμφέροντα!
Στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης αν κάποιος δεν απαντήσει τότε unfollow and next one. Αν κάποιος σου πει κάτι κακό block and next one. Αν κάποιος αναρτά μη επιθυμητά posts mute and next one. Στη ζωή του ίντερνετ είναι εύκολο να αποφύγεις, να σταματήσεις, να διώξεις, να μιλάς ή μη. Ο άλλος χρήστης σου στέλνει ένα 🙂 ενώ μπορεί να είναι με δάκρυα. Δε βλέπεις, δε γνωρίζεις, δε μπορείς να διακρίνεις.
Η προτίμηση στην πρόσωπο με πρόσωπο επικοινωνία χάθηκε κατά πλειοψηφία. Αυτόν που κάθεται δίπλα σου δε μπορείς να τον μπλοκάρεις στο δευτερόλεπτο. Επομένως οτιδήποτε σε δυσκολεύει το αποφεύγεις. Τα μέσα αντίδρασης στο ίντερνετ σου δίνουν την ευκολία της μεταχείρισης ανθρώπων με τρόπο πιο άμεσο.
Παράλληλα το να έχεις ακόλουθους βοηθά στη μάταιη δόξα που τόσο επιθυμείς σε έναν κόσμο με άπειρη φήμη. Σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο είναι καλό να έχεις χιλιάδες να σε ακολουθούν και να ακολουθείς. Ευκαιρίες αναδύονται. Αν δε χρησιμοποιείς επαγγελματικά το λογαριασμό σου τότε απλώς κερδίζεις το αίσθημα της αποδοχής, μια ικανοποίηση ότι κάποιος σε σκέφτηκε, σε είδε, σε σχολίασε, μίλησε για σένα.
Η ψηφιακή δικτύωση είναι πλέον πιο σημαντική από τη φυσική δικτύωση. Καλώς ή κακώς πολλές φορές μιλάς περισσότερο με άτομα που δεν είδες ποτέ από κοντά, παρά με το συγγενή και το γείτονα ή το φίλο. Το ίντερνετ σου προσφέρει το απόλυτο πλήθος να επιλέξεις και να βρεις άτομα με κοινό προσανατολισμό, ενδιαφέροντα, κοινές αξίες.
Ερώτημα: Αν ξαφνικά κλείσουν όλες οι πλατφόρμες κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, τι θα γίνει στη ψυχολογία του πληθυσμού;

This is dramatic advice to consider. A resume must be comprehensible and clear so the software or the smart robot that a company uses for hiring can read it and decide properly. This is the reason why many recruiting techniques require candidates to fill specific fields of resume achievements, rather than uploading a file such a PDF or a WORD document.
